Registration Conditions

1. General Information

The Cappadocia Bike Festival includes three different events.

​Cappadocia Bike Festival Sportive

The Sportive, a sportive cycling event, will start on July 18, 2026, at 08:00 AM from Ürgüp City Center. Road, gravel, and e-gravel bicycles can participate in this sportive ride. The 112-kilometer-long Sportive starts on July 18, 2026, at 08:00 AM from Ürgüp City Center and finishes back in Ürgüp after a total ascent of 1700m+.

Gravel & E-Gravel Races

The Gravel & E-Gravel Race will start on July 19, 2026, at 09:00 AM from Ürgüp City Center and will pass through the most beautiful valleys and routes of Cappadocia, finishing in Ürgüp.

MTB and E-MTB Races

The XCO race for MTB and E-MTB will start on July 19, 2026, from Ürgüp City Center.

2. Participation Conditions

The race is open to everyone over the age of 18. To participate in the ride, registration is required, and a mechanically suitable bicycle must be used. Participants must be in good athletic condition and wear clothing suitable for various weather and terrain conditions.

Participants aged 16-17 can join with parental consent and must be accompanied by one of their parents. Participants must be at least 16 years old on the day of the ride.

3. Registration

a) Registration Process

Cappadocia Bike Festival Sportive

Only registered participants can take part in the event. Registrations will be completed via the cappadociabikefestival.com website. Once the participation limit is reached, registrations will be closed before the final deadline. Each registration is personal. Transfers of registration or participation on behalf of another person are not allowed.

b) Registration Fee

* The Cappadocia Bike Festival events have three different registration periods. The specified registration fees apply only to registrations completed and paid within the relevant date range.

Grand Ride - SALCANO Course Registration Fees:

April 28, 2026 - May 15, 2026: 900 TL
May 16, 2026 - June 15, 2026: 1100 TL
June 16, 2026 - July 14, 2026: 1300 TL

Gravel - E-Gravel Course Registration Fees:

April 28, 2026 - May 15, 2026: 900 TL
May 16, 2026 - June 15, 2026: 1100 TL
June 16, 2026 - July 14, 2026: 1300 TL

MTB - E-MTB Course Registration Fees:

April 28, 2026 - May 15, 2026: 900 TL
May 16, 2026 - June 15, 2026: 1100 TL
June 16, 2026 - July 14, 2026: 1300 TL

The deadline for refund requests for registration fees is July 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date.

To participate in the race, the registration fee must be paid via credit card or bank transfer. Only participants who have completed the payment will be included in the final registration list. The organization reserves the right to offer discounts on registration fees under certain conditions.

The final registration and payment deadline is July 14th, 2026, at 17:00.

The organization reserves the right to modify the course during the registration period.
